Well I spent several hours in A & E on Sunday evening/ Monday morning. Someone kicked a door shut hitting me on the head (deliberately) and because of this I have whiplash and swelling/ bruising of the head which means I am off sick until the 16th. I am totally bored, unable to do an awful lot and am having to take pain killers which means NO BOOZE. I am not even allowed to drive!
The wife started back at work on monday night which means I have to look after Sam, thankfully she only works Monday and Tuesday nights.

Thanks, I have had a peek at your photographs, I am sorry to say they are way better than mine.
I have spent at least two years persuading the wife that a visit to the Hawk Conservancy may be worthwhile. She relented back in July and had to admit it was really good. So good in fact we went back with her parents and had an even better time. Cannot wait for a third visit.

I knew I'd probably spend quite a bit of time there fairly regularly, so I just joined up as a member. I'm trying to get started there as a volunteer but I managed to bust a nerve in an arm back in August and, hopefully only temporary, two fingers arn't working much.

No manual labour, but I still have the pleasure of work unfortunately. :|

I'm glad you like the gallery. Really all it is is having a 2gb memory card and the drive to just keep snapping, and then the patience to go through them all. In the future I'd love to get out there and photograph wild birds properly.

Thanks again.. :)

Graeme
